I'm unable to install the game on my external hard drive; it’s getting stuck during the extraction process.
I’m incredibly anxious to understand the reason behind this issue. I recently assembled a new computer, incorporating a 500GB SSD and a 2TB hard drive. I planned to install all my programs on the SSD, designating the HDD for games and work files. However, when attempting to extract a game onto the HDD, it became frozen. I examined driver activity within Task Manager and discovered that no files were being transferred to the HDD. Can anyone offer an explanation or potential solution? I attempted installing the same game on my laptop, which only has one 1TB SSD, and it installed without any problems. This is my initial experience with a system utilizing multiple storage devices, so I lack familiarity with this configuration.
Certain file-sharing downloads occasionally fail to install when accessed through specific disk labels.
