I recently upgraded my system from a GTX 970 to an RTX 2070 Super, and I've encountered some serious problems. It seems the RAM might be the culprit, though I'm not entirely sure if the CPU is contributing. When playing games, I usually use about 85% RAM, 61% CPU, with 30-40% depending on the game's GPU load. During idle times, it drops to around 43% RAM and 26% CPU. Running at the same settings as the older model actually feels worse than using the 970 again. I'm considering an upgrade but aren't sure whether to focus on the RAM or the CPU to fix this. P.S. The stats image I shared was for Minecraft.
