Previously I set up Mac OS X on a laptop (which was my primary computer). After moving it to a desktop, everything started working fine. Recently, I had to erase the drive because there was nothing critical stored there, and the storage space was becoming full. I recreated a clover USB drive and tried reinstalling Mac OS X Mojave. The installation failed completely—no files were detected, and none of my SATA drives were recognized by the system. I’m unsure if this will resolve the issue, but here are my current details: My hardware includes an H61 chipset, a 3rd generation i7 processor, 16 GB RAM, a 1 TB SATA drive, and a GeForce GTX 750 Ti graphics card. The motherboard is up to date, and I’ve optimized it, yet nothing has worked. Please let me know if this sounds obvious or if you can help.

It seems the system doesn’t recognize your SATA devices because the chipset and GPU aren’t compatible with Mojave.

You'll have to use a previous version of macOS or ensure your system supports an AMD GPU. Mojave and later don't work with Nvidia GPUs because of licensing issues between Nvidia, Apple, and the drivers.

Thanks for the help guys! It turned out that there was an AHCI patch I was forgetting and I just needed to pop that in for it to boot. I think this is the link for it: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/no-ahci-fix.154595/ Thanks again for all the help!

All comments about Mojave not supporting NVIDIA seem completely wrong. Great!
