This is a tough one to explain, so please feel free to ask any questions you need to help me figure out what’s wrong. Thanks in advance for your help!
My PC runs fine, but for some reason, it randomly "turns off." I cleaned it thoroughly, as I suspected it was overheating, and for the last couple of days, it was running fine. But today, it turned off again, so I need to figure out the issue so I can fix it. I hope you guys can help me.
I was playing a game on Discord with a friend when the PC "turned off" again. However, I was still able to talk to him—he could hear me, and I could hear him—so it seems like the PC isn’t actually shutting down. Instead, the monitor is turning off and won’t come back on.
I think it must be graphics card-related. If I reset the PC, it loads back fine and works normally. The issue just happens at random times.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be or what I can do to troubleshoot and find the actual issue? I’m stuck for ideas.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
If your system shuts off without any warning, when under load, it's probably due to one of two reasons;
1| your system is suffering from an overheating problem
or
2| your PSU is incapable of delivering power to the entire system when taxed.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Moved thread from Graphics cards section to Systems section.

Certainly, it's likely your setup remains active if Discord is functioning. When you disconnect and reconnect the monitor, does it restart? Which connection method are you employing—HDMI, DisplayPort, or something else?

Thanks for the detailed response, buddy. I'm still not sure about all this information, but I think the PC was made just for me. I could make a guess, though it wouldn't be accurate. Where can I find more details and I'll get them? Appreciate your help!

I have a 4k monitor, not HDMI, just for 4k content. It's frustrating, I feel like a beginner, sorry I can't help more when explaining my tech setup to you guys.

Determine whether the machine stopped functioning properly or is experiencing issues, and check if the keyboard remains operational during shutdown. Explore the effects of pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL.

I'm not certain, the pc remains active but performance is affected since the screen is off and won't turn back on until I restart. I haven't tried ctrl alt del yet, but I'll attempt it next time it shuts down.
I don't understand the problem's cause, so I can't reproduce it for testing.
