You're on Windows 7 Professional, and finding a translation feature is tough. It might not support English directly. Consider using a third-party tool or browser extension for better results.

Now it's an issue. I'd attempt to reach the language settings by intuition and possibly a YouTube clip based on the area where words should appear. There should be at least one choice in a drop-down menu that is English.
