The issue isn't about speed alone; it's whether your FLCK and UCLK align with your MEMCLK. Even with fast RAM, misalignment can cause performance drops. For instance, at 3800MT/s you should see stable 2000MHz across all components. Achieving this consistency is rare. Currently, enabling DOCP usually sets the BIOS to half-speed if you exceed 3600MT/s.

For Connorocker Gaming, removing the Armoury Crate is recommended, but do it properly: Use the Uninstall Tool at https://www.asus.com/supportonly/armoury crate/helpdesk_download/. Restart your system and go to BIOS settings. Turn off Armory Crate in BIOS. Connecting a second monitor won't solve the problem. I believe the issue is memory-related, as mentioned before. Try using auto speeds; if it works, proceed with tweaking memory and refer to @191x7 post for more details.

I continue using the armory crate for RGB and won’t abandon it after investing in a grandMA3 plugin. The problem likely stemmed from my 4K TV defaulting to 30 Hz; once I switched it to 60 Hz, the stutter disappeared. This suggests the issue isn’t memory-related, as it didn’t occur on Ubuntu or Windows Server, only on Windows 10. The problem persisted even when using different monitors, RAM configurations, and refresh rates—Windows MultiMonitor worked fine, and I didn’t encounter issues with LED video walls. I haven’t adjusted the CPU settings yet because tuning them takes time, but I’ll consider it if stability concerns arise. For now, the system runs smoothly and meets my needs. I won’t revisit this thread, but appreciate everyone’s help.
