Hi
I managed to insert pictures and videos using "create new post," but adding a highlight across the top of the page isn’t working. When I click "new," I see a field for a highlight name, but I can’t proceed further.
I’m not using a smartphone; is this issue fixed in a web browser?
I also tried disabling adblock, but it didn’t help. Any suggestions?

I don't know that this is a "back end issue". I am thinking that maybe someone here might be able to help me figure this out.

Turn off any ad blockers or extensions you might have. Test in different browsers and use a private session with one. This helps determine if the issue lies on your system or with your account.

It seems there might be an issue with the account, as was previously recommended.

Yes, I have tried another computer. Not sure how it can be an acct issue; it's not as if there are restrictions placed on my acct.
This is what I see:
I simply can't do anything there. I can click the back button, but I can't click next, nor can I D&D anything onto that panel.
