I wanna buy Mafia 3. but before that, How many FPS can I get on the Lowest Settings Possible and 720p resolution?

I can’t speak to why that really happened. Given the game launched 5 years after the i3-2120 and recommends a Quad-Core minimum, I don’t think it could be described as simply ‘horrible’ optimization, no.
