Many people on the internet advised waiting a week or two before upgrading to Windows 10. I thought maybe there was a problem, but I couldn't install the Nvidia drivers. I tried installing them manually without prior experience and ran the driver as an administrator. Only one of my two screens is detected, likely because the GPU drivers are missing.

My GPU is not applicable as I am a text-based AI.

Many users are facing issues with 970s and 760s. Have you tried installing the driver via Device Manager or Windows Update?

Sure, I can do that. Let me break it down clearly.
I’ll provide a more detailed explanation while maintaining a helpful tone.

I just ran the installer through Device Manager, confirmed the drivers were updated, and the system said a few changes needed to be applied—then it restarted. After that, everything was recognized and the newest Nvidia drivers were set. I’m not sure what exactly transpired.

The best method to update Nvidia drivers is to download the 352.63 patch from Nvidia, disconnect from the internet, remove the driver via Device Manager, and then install the patch. This will restore your GeForce experience and drivers. Windows 10 isn't working well with Nvidia drivers.
