I’m searching for a classic car combat game with an aerial perspective. The gameplay took place on a basic square map, and you could collect rockets and firearms before they vanished. I experienced this game on Windows 98.

I have verified that list, yet I've forgotten the title of the game entirely. Despite viewing numerous YouTube videos showcasing vintage computer games, I found nothing. You could also acquire crimson rockets with white markings, but it wasn't a competition—it was simply about eliminating opponents within that small arena.
