I’m happy with 91, but 60 would be ideal. A 40 fps is acceptable, though anything below that leads to dissatisfaction.

I took matters into my own control when my mom asked why I wanted to buy a $800 PC instead of sticking with what’s working. I could have spent $1000, but I decided to go a bit more affordable. Right now I’m saving $1800 for a 1440p/4K gaming setup.
