You're setting up your system and trying to push the Ryzen 1700 over its default limits using a stock cooler. Online guides suggest you can tweak things like Dynamic Vcore, Dynamic VCORE SOC, and DRAM voltage. On your Gigabyte B350 Gaming 3, it looks like those adjustments aren't available or are limited. You're seeing different configurations on other boards, which might explain the discrepancies. It seems you'll need a lot of support to get this working smoothly. Thanks for reaching out!
Are you sure your BIOS is up to date? Look for an advanced section that offers finer adjustments. On my Gigabyte Z87 board, the default setting is simple mode out of the box, with options like performance, normal, or eco mode. Pressing F7 takes you to advanced settings where you can customize everything.
Updated BIOS completely, yet F7 remains inactive with only 'Load Optimized Drivers' option.
There were no adjustments made to the higher voltage levels in that final image.
The main voltage shift appears to increase my core voltage (dynamic vcore DVID). Under the advanced voltage configuration, setting it to +100 results in roughly 1.3V. It might be that I'm misapplying the voltage control settings.
