I've grown weary of watching Gran Turismo, especially since so many Japanese cars appear across various editions... Such as the Mazda MX-5/Miata, which originally came in around ten GT4 variants... ;-)
I'm not overly concerned with the games themselves, just frustrated by people bragging about them like "Wow, this game is amazing! Check out the graphics!" I've played enough to ignore visuals in favor of what makes a game engaging—its depth, length, and replay value. I don't mind pixelated graphics either. A game that's broken at launch hurts its reputation, especially when it comes from DICE or EA.
Consider alternatives to combat, such as wielding a sword or engaging in close-quarters melee battles, similar to the approach in Red Steel.
People are craving more open-world sandbox experiences in Korean and Chinese MMOs, featuring endless customization and a highly interactive environment. Something like Elder Scrolls 6 would fit the bill.
