I want to discontinue using Skype, yet Raidcall consistently fails to launch. I've attempted admin privileges, compatibility settings, a fresh install, restarting, and closing it from the system tray, but it remains unresponsive.
I've been trying it for a while in WoW, but it didn't seem much better than mumble. Now I'm using Google Hangouts for voice calls—it works great, functions anywhere, and you don't have to install anything; just open your web browser.
I'm using Teamspeak now that I have a server via my university's esports club. Besides that, I haven't discovered a free app that doesn't need a server, which is significantly better than Skype.
I rely on razer comms, skype or teamspeak—they all function effectively.
