I purchased the game on sale and tested it with my Logitech DF GT. The base settings didn’t work well—car didn’t turn corners smoothly and the wheel feel was poor. I’m looking for the best settings for game wheels and plan to keep tweaking them while checking if others have discovered improvements.

It's tough to identify the issue with the description. However, from the wheel drivers, you should perform a 900-degree turn and then adjust the settings in-game. If the wheel feels too heavy, reduce the force feedback strength.
