Hello, here’s your update. I checked again last week and confirmed the switch is working. The single light indicator suggests there might be an issue with the unit itself or the power source. It doesn’t seem to turn off automatically if nothing is connected. Let me know if you need further help.

You're seeing an unknown network because your device is connecting to a public or unauthorized Wi-Fi. To fix this, check your router settings and ensure you're only connecting to trusted networks. If unsure, reset your router or contact your internet service provider for guidance.

Even the connection from the router to the switch lacks illumination.

The images don’t show any internet access on the router, so you’ll need to link the white router to the ISP’s network as well.

Spoke with the other person on Discord, thinks it could be the ISP router problem because bypassing the switch, wall, and connecting the laptop straight to a port didn’t help.

They connected the device to the modem’s gray WAN port. It appears to be an LTE modem.

It's a fiber ONT with the fiber port at the bottom. They shared updates on Discord about moving the switch from port 1 to port 2 on the LAN ports. Port 3 is set aside for IPTV, and port 4 causes problems as well.
