Hello, here’s your update. I checked again last week and confirmed the switch is working. The single light indicator suggests there might be an issue with the unit itself or the power source. It doesn’t seem to turn off automatically if nothing is connected. Let me know if you need further help.

You're seeing an unknown network because your device is connecting to a public or unauthorized Wi-Fi. To fix this, check your router settings and ensure you're only connecting to trusted networks. If unsure, reset your router or contact your internet service provider for guidance.
Spoke with the other person on Discord, thinks it could be the ISP router problem because bypassing the switch, wall, and connecting the laptop straight to a port didn’t help.
They connected the device to the modem’s gray WAN port. It appears to be an LTE modem.
