Hi,
Here are some suggestions for purchasing a new gaming laptop.
1. What is your budget? 2500 euros
2. What notebook size are you looking at? 16 inches
3. What resolution do you require? 2500x1600
4. Do you need a portable or desktop model? Both, I want to upgrade from my old PC and travel often
5. How important is battery life? It doesn’t matter
6. Would you like to play games on your laptop? If yes, please list the titles and the settings you prefer (Low, Medium or High). Examples: World of Warcraft, Cod Black Ops 6, any new releases
7. What other functions do you plan to use? Photo/video editing, Office apps, streaming services
8. How much storage do you need? Approximately 2TB M.2 SSD
9. If you have specific retailers in mind, share their links
10. How long do you intend to keep the laptop? 3 to 4 years
11. Which optical drive type would you prefer? DVD ROM/Writer, Bluray ROM/Writer, etc. – no preference needed
12. Which brands do you like or dislike and why?
13. Where are you based? Hungary – I mainly need Hungarian websites for comparisons
14. Any other details you’d like to mention? I’d also like an additional monitor for gaming, possibly with DisplayPort support
Thank you in advance.

Hey there,
This link points to a product that handles most tasks well.
Upgrading to a RTX 4080 would add more than 1000 euros.

The SCAR is quite powerful. It has a slightly less efficient CPU, but the GPU more than compensates. The RAM is also less performant, yet it offers 32GB, which is a plus. The RAM operates at 4800MT/s, compared to the other model's 5600MT/s. However, the RAM alone doesn't match the stronger GPU. I would choose the SCAR. The CPU is a bit slower, but it stays cooler.
