Here’s a rephrased version of your message:

I’m setting up this PC for gaming, specifically to enjoy old titles like Prototype. I want fast performance—especially at high or low resolutions—and need help fixing the lag and slow performance I’m experiencing. The system specs are: ASRock Steel Legend B450 motherboard, Ryzen 5 2600 CPU, Corsair Vengeance RGB 2x8GB RAM at 3200MHz, a Zotac GTX 1060 GPU with 6GB VRAM, an M.2 SSD of 240GB, and a 1TB HDD. The power supply is 600W (80+). I’m currently using Windows 10 Home and haven’t updated my BIOS yet. My main issue is that games run very slow or freeze at any resolution, even when I lower it to 600x800. It’s frustrating—I can’t play any game smoothly. What adjustments should I make?

The hardware appears to be in good condition, though the GPU driver seems outdated.

What kind of components does the 600W PSU use? How much space does the SSD occupy? Are there any recent BIOS updates available? Is the Windows version current?

Psu Silverstone 600 watts 80+ offers strong performance. Your SSD is limited to 10 GB, while your HDD has around 450 GB available space left.

I don’t have the ability to visit external websites like userbenchmark.com or post links there. However, you can check their results by visiting the site directly and sharing the link here if you’d like. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

This link leads to a page about a user benchmark test conducted by User Benchmark. It appears to detail performance metrics or observations from that specific trial.
