I’d suggest starting with free or budget sim racing games first. Look for options that offer a good balance of gameplay and cost so you can enjoy the experience without overspending.

I've been racing for more than twenty years and have used various wheels throughout the years. I bring a lot of knowledge here. What are your pricing expectations? Are you looking for three pedals, a shifter, or something simpler like a Logitech G920 with their H-Shifter purchased separately? I might not be able to respond right away due to late hours and needing rest. I’ll definitely assist you.

I believe around $300 to $350 would be a good starting point, focusing on a wheel and three pedals. It’s 3:50 AM here, lol.

That's great! We'll draft it tomorrow or later today.

I took a break because I'm feeling unwell, maybe I can find something used later.

Certainly. There are many second-hand wheels available. I’m considering a Thrustmaster T300RS or T500RS. The pedals on the T500RS are quite good—they’re called T3PA PRO. If you need a shifter, the Thrustmaster TH8A is excellent! You might also find a used version of it. The TH8A shifter works with any Logitech wheel (or almost any wheel) since it’s a standalone USB model. You could also check out used Logitech wheels such as G920 or G29—they’re compatible with both PlayStation and Xbox on PC. Alternatively, a G923 offers better force feedback and brake pedal response. Older Logitech models like G25 and G27 exist, but they require some workarounds on Windows 10/11. If you’re aiming for a higher-end setup, the Moza R3 bundle is a solid choice. It’s a direct drive model with superior feel and feedback, though it’s pricier. It comes with two pedals, but the clutch pedal can be purchased separately. https://mozaracing.com/product/r3-racing...nd-pedals/ For beginners, a used G920/G29 is a good starting point to test sim racing. This is what most people begin with. Spending a lot upfront isn’t advisable if it doesn’t suit you.

The used goods scene in Israel isn’t particularly vibrant, with few choices available. Most folks prefer new items, and brand loyalty is widespread—people seem overly devoted to Intel, while others appear a bit naive. It seems like a good chance for me to find something.

Locals seem really confused. Old parts are now pricier than brand-new ones.

It's the same in the used market here in Norway—people resell 7-year-old items at new prices. That’s really interesting. Let me know what you discover! If you have questions about other products, feel free to message me. Also, please tag me so I can respond or see your reply. That’s why I didn’t reply right away.
