About a month ago, BF4 and NVidia released updates that significantly boosted performance for my 780Ti. Prior to those updates, on older maps I consistently hit around 80-90 frames per second, and occasionally reached 100 on newer ones. After the latest updates, I’m averaging 120-144fps on newer maps, with just over 90-100 on them. I haven’t played any maps yet, but I rely on in-game frame counts and notice more noticeable dips when using a 144hz monitor.
The word should be spelled correctly: "center" in American English is pronounced with a clear 's' sound. It fits in the phrase "center, sen tree."
BTW Cokeman, I didn't join your poll for a few reasons. Your style feels too direct for me. In the title, you seemed to be challenging someone without fully understanding their point. You seem to think you're correct just by saying 'so I'm in an argument with someone who doesn't know what they're talking about.' If you'd said something like 'So I'm in a discussion with someone who's right,' I might have been more inclined to take part. Also, keep in mind that American and British English differ in both sound and spelling. You should be more flexible in accepting both since both versions are used here. I'm familiar with English, and my country had British rule, which influences my preference for British spelling. For example, 'program' is misspelled as 'programme' in your thread, and 'laboratory' sounds different in the US compared to Britain. Do you think Brits would correct Americans about this? Each has its own way of pronouncing and spelling things, and I believe these variations add charm and character to English—the language that connects people from diverse backgrounds.
