The monitor isn't linking with your new PC, while the TV and Xbox do work. Everything looks good physically, but it seems like a software problem—your Wi-Fi connection isn't working either.

What monitor model are you using? Which type of cable connects your PC to the screen? Is the cable approximately this length? Are any adapters needed to change the signal type? Which computer port are you linking to (video card or main board)? Are you planning to use only the monitor or also the TV simultaneously? Have you tried pressing Windows key plus P to check if the monitor appears as a secondary output? Attaching photos would help clarify the setup.
