I purchased this built-to-order PC from a company that assembles computers, as I lack the skills or time to construct one myself. The components I sourced came from another user here: an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor, eight 4200 MHz processors, a quiet be quiet 3 Silver cooling fan, Pure Rock 3 Silver graphics card with a maximum TDP of 190W, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card, 12GB GDDR6X RAM, one HDMI port, three DisplayPort ports, all in black (availability dependent), an ASUS PRIME B650M-A motherboard with Wi-Fi, 32 GB DDR5 RAM in dual channels at 6000 MHz, a Kingston Fury Beast 1 SSD with a 2000 GB M.2 PCIe 4.0 SSD, and a 700 Watt BoostPower ATX2.53 power supply certified to 80 Plus Gold. The issue I’m encountering now is that the screen only works with the mouse and keyboard (not wireless), and after about ten minutes the display disconnects both devices, causing them to shut down completely. Initially, I suspected it was due to the RAM, but cleaning and reinserting didn’t resolve it. The keyboard and mouse also stop working intermittently. Anyone have any insight into what might be causing this? Thank you for your help.
