Hey there, I’m sorry for the confusion. I’m trying to figure out where to share this info, but it’s a bit unclear. I’m heading to an IT school in Germany and have access to Dreamspark, which lets me download a lot of Windows software for free—like Visual Studio for coding. I just got my new PC (or parts) and don’t know if the OS versions I see are locked or full. I haven't used Dreamspark because it's not available for my university. I'm not sure about the steps, but I think you'd need to sign up using your school email and they'll send you the key. Then you should follow the installation process. Visit Microsoft's site, download the .ISO file for your key version, and burn it to a USB drive before using it. The key by itself isn't sufficient for anything.
Plug it into a USB port. Start up in BIOS and confirm USB appears first among boot options. Store the changes and restart. Wait until you see a black screen prompting you to press any key for installation from the CD/DVD. Pressing any key will begin the setup process.
I received the key and the USB setup is ready, hoping it all functions smoothly
