Boot camp is a Windows emulator virtual machine for Macs that runs Windows OS. If a Mac uses the same architecture and CPU, you could potentially format its HDD, obtain a Windows 10 key, and install Windows 10 on it.

Additionally, consider models such as Mac Mini, Mac Pro, and older MacBook models.

I need to start with a boot camp. I own a Mac, and I’m using a 2013 MacBook Pro Retina for work—it was bought for school. I have Windows 10 installed, which I really like; the 750mm display works fine since I don’t play games there. My gaming PC handles that better. On busy days with Excel, Word, and Reddit browsing, I get about six to eight hours of battery life. The build quality is solid, and overall it’s an excellent laptop, though not worth its price tag. Personally, I love mine.

I was aiming for Mac professionals, not MacBooks.

MacPro is the worst investment if you're rich—donate instead!

Macs can use Windows directly via Bootcamp without virtualization. For running Windows on a Mac, consider Parallels.

I reside in the United States, and that statement doesn't make any sense to me.

In short, it's wiser to use a tailored build, install a Hackintosh, and give the gap between it and the Mac Pro to charity.
