He’s experiencing boot difficulties where the system jumps to the American Megatrends menu and then powers off quickly. The VGA card isn’t recognized by the UEFI firmware. He recently changed his PC case, which might be contributing. This issue didn’t occur before, so it could point to a motherboard or GPU problem. You can review the boot sequence in the attached video.

Have them reposition the GPU and inspect every power connector. If it’s a CPU model with built-in graphics, attempt to start without the GPU connected. This will immediately indicate whether the problem lies with the card itself.

He says there’s nothing wrong with the GPU and I believe I spent too much time trying to assist him. Appreciate the reply, but for anyone reading later, don’t expect further support.
