I’m getting power to your motherboard, but no visuals appear on your monitor. Everything looks plugged in correctly—what’s wrong is that the board arrived with bent pins and a broken one. Socket AM5 pin layout diagram is available on Wikimedia Commons. It might be simpler to send it back for warranty purposes.
