When I power on my PC, it produces a very loud, high-pitched sound that echoes throughout the house. It’s also an ear-piercing noise. This problem started after I attempted to resolve issues with the Microsoft Store, and now my PC refuses to allow a Windows reset.

Generally, I adhered to this The Client License Service (ClipSVC) service termination – Microsoft Community – likely due to the suspected reason.
