Game sensitivity stands at 6.0 Dpi with a resolution of 1200. This standard Genius DX100 mouse should not impact lag, though its speed is currently at 50% on the middle of the scale. Acceleration settings are disabled.

Run the same mouse and play OW. Avoid this behavior. Restore graphics drivers, turn off Vsync and similar advanced settings in OW options.
