Are you using the boot menu? Is your USB connected? It should display the USB and let you pick it as the primary startup device.

I located the issue—it was the USB connection that wasn't detecting anything, specifically with USB 3.0. Thanks for your patience; the initial setup worked well.

You're using Windows 10, but the downloaded files won't open. The Steam app shows "Windows 10 only runs verified apps from the store," which means it can't launch non-verified programs. Check if the file is properly installed or try a different method to access it.

It seems you're using Windows 10 S instead of the standard version. This limits you to running Microsoft Store applications. To access more features, you should install Windows 10 Home or Pro. That way, you can download drivers and other tools.
