The motherboard appears to be inactive, showing a green light on the power button while there are small red and white indicators near the bottom. It seems the system is trying to initialize but isn't responding. Check connections and ensure all components are properly seated before proceeding.

I anticipate it will function based on the provided setup. Check if spacers or standoffs are in place, ensure the motherboard isn’t touching the case metal, and confirm the CPU power cable is connected.

Start making it right away and then think about it. You're going to get overwhelmed by worrying ahead. Nothing is wrong yet—the board still needs the rest of the parts. Just note that some components are missing, but they’re there. Breathe, stay calm, and build the machine.

Despite having my CPU and RAM inside, the same issue persists.

You can try rebuilding it and check if it functions, but I’m not sure what you mean by “it” or what you’re dealing with. Let me know more details so I can help better.

Checked that all cables are properly and completely installed, RAM is fully seated, and CMOS has been cleared.

Did you review a build guide or tutorial beforehand? You can assemble everything on your desk, but the CPU, RAM, and GPU must be installed first for proper testing. Just as you need the engine in the car and linked to the transmission to gauge performance, these components are essential before confirming functionality.
