The system repeatedly enters Windows Repair mode after shutdown or restart, but works normally once the SSD is removed from the motherboard. When the SSD is disconnected and the D-Port is connected, the lights on the CPU and GPU turn off, and everything functions correctly for gaming. This process is necessary when turning the PC back on after a power cycle.
Fix the initialization, save the Win 10 ISO file using Rufus, insert the USB drive, and boot from memory to apply the Startup Repair.
