Rust FPS jumps from 80 to 120, yet it freezes a lot of times. I notice my RAM is around 18GB while playing Rust. The numbers like 1 to 0.1% probably refer to performance drops or memory usage percentages.

You mentioned not having a hard drive you hadn't listed, which seems to be causing texture issues.

You only have an M.2 SSD, but there are ways to improve its performance. Consider upgrading to a faster SSD or using a different drive type.

You can try a few adjustments before the device arrives: swap in new RAM or GPU, verify all cables are secure, and ensure the system is running the latest BIOS update.
