The issue is clearly visible in the attached image. It seems to be linked to several problems on my laptop. I’ve adjusted permissions previously, but it didn’t resolve anything. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I followed the instructions and still encounter difficulties adjusting permissions for the component services. The application involved is: "However, when trying to modify permissions, the interface becomes grayed out, preventing any changes."

For a demonstration, just thinking about it doesn’t mean hackers will strike. Fear of danger keeps people cautious. When Vista added UAC, many resisted changing it, even though it was bothersome. That level of security was essential and something everyone should adopt. Back then, on XP, most users didn’t need UAC at all and felt comfortable. Remember, "everyone" is essentially your account—since you’re already logged in as admin (unless otherwise).

I’m not scared of hackers since I have some protection, just like many others. However, I realized that adjusting the permissions on the guide added many extra items, which led to a complete reinstall. Even after a fresh setup, the same issue persists.
