Hi, I'm trying to use my PC normally but it keeps freezing every time, even after resetting and reinstalling drivers. The same error code 10016 appears each time. I really need assistance fixing this issue.

Try launching in safe mode. The reported issue doesn't appear to be the cause of freezing. Does the system stop working in safe mode? Please confirm and share the findings so we can proceed effectively.
