I'll keep it concise but detailed. You're dealing with Windows 10 Prox64 on a PC that crashes at the Windows logo screen. After resetting, you lost your password and can't access recovery tools. A bootable USB works but is blocked by an NVMe M.2 970 EVO plus 1TB drive set to read-only. You've tried Attribute Changer, hiberfile issues, and full shutdowns, but can't remove the read-only state without formatting. There seems to be a problem with the hiberfile after shutdown. Can you try a different USB drive or check if the drive is properly recognized?
