Did you set up using UEFI or Legacy? Did you reinstall the bootloader on the correct drive?

I didn't generate a disk image, just a duplicate of the distribution onto the USB drive. The issue arose because the first method failed, causing the computer to stall after reading the release notes. After understanding the mistake, I created the correct backup version successfully.

I placed it using a USB flash drive (per the guidelines): I installed it via UEFI, which is the sole drive along with the USB. The partitions were handled through the installer (OS and swap).

Did you create an EFI partition? You should have one. I’ll use the default setup and won’t adjust it unless you’re very skilled with this topic.
