I'm having trouble setting up Windows 10 on my computer.

You're trying to install Windows from a USB drive, but when you select it during startup, the monitor just flickers and nothing else occurs. You checked the BIOS for any issues but didn't find anything. You also reinstalled the Windows Media Creation Tool on the USB, hoping it might be damaged, but it hasn't worked.
