Hello everyone. I struggled to convey myself in the title. I can OC my card. My setup includes an EVGA GTX 970 FTW. My stock values are 1215 MHz Core and 3505 MHz Memory. With MSI Afterburner, I can push it to over 120 Core and 300 Memory. I maintain a stable result for more than an hour using the combuistor. At these settings, my card runs around 1490 MHz Core / 3800 MHz Memory. The issue is that when launching any game, my card only reaches 975 MHz—regardless of whether I OC it or not. That’s even lower than my stock values. I’m not getting the performance I expect from my 970. I really want to maximize every bit of power I have. Please help me out.

Do you have GeForce experience or Gsync installed? No, I don't.

Try Gsync and enable Vsync in global settings
For instance, refer to the link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=...shvxFNC5lQ

Try Gsync and enable Vsync in global settings
For example, you can follow this link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=...shvxFNC5lQ
VSync is already active, but my monitor doesn't support gsync. So I think I won't be able to do that.

What type of display are you using? Consider exploring GeForce performance tuning as well.
