Hi, So I am a self/internet tough professional who overclocked recently. It turns out the internet played the biggest role in that change. My question is this: when I got my 6700k overclocked to 4.8ghz and it ran stable with temps of 77 under full load, 1.488 v.core, then where do I have it now @ 4.66ghz the multiplier stays a constant (x35). If I put it on 4.8ghz, under load it stays (x35) for a few minutes and then will jump between (x34 and x35). Is that a problem or can i floor the 4.8ghz? Thanks in advance.

So I think I figured out the problem! It looks like there isn't enough power. It works well with 4.8 ghz, 1.536 volt core, and the temperature is 84 degrees :O

That voltage number looks really high. It feels too uncomfortable to me. Maybe I shouldn't use it on a computer with so many cores running at 100 MHz just for that tiny 1 FPS boost in games. Better luck than that anyway.

Hey, sure thing. My system is super busy right now. I switched to a faster setting at 4.7ghz with a voltage of 1.42 volts on a heavy load. It feels good enough, so I'm sticking with it. Thanks.

I got mine down to 4.5 volts at 1.31 volts and I can get it to run at 46 with 1.35 volts, but for 47 the voltage is still a bit shaky. I would love to run it stable at 47 volts with 1.42 volts, but that won't work because it stays unstable. What software are you using if you don't mind me asking? I also put an adaptive setting on the voltage so the system rests when it's not working. When it sits idle at .9 volts, 2.7 gigahertz, and 21 degrees, any lower voltage makes programs crash after being in that state. So I suggest not running at a constant 1.42 volt.
