Hello everyone, I’m about to purchase a 3200mhz RAM to swap in for the 2400mhz one I currently have. Since I’m still using the lower speed model, I’ve been experimenting with overclocking my Ryzen 5 2600. With a Vcore of 1.35, it reaches up to 3.9GHz and doesn’t crash. Initially, I attempted to push it directly to 4.0GHz at the same Vcore, which performed well during stress tests in AMD Ryzen Master. However, when running Cinebench, temperatures climbed to around 80ºC and the system would shut down. Trying a Vcore between 1.37 and 1.40 didn’t change much. Here’s my current configuration:

MOBO:
Asrock AB350M Pro4
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: MSI GTX 1660 TI Gaming X
Cooler: Nox hummer h-214
PSU: Nox Urano 650w 80+ Bronze
RAM: Corsair LPX 16gb (2x8) CL16 2400Mhz PC4-19200

I'll do that once I have my new PC case and RAM installed. But it could also be related to the temperatures.

It is only during the cine-bench testing that this works.
