That works. Do any of them reach 100% during the spike? Also, you need 12 there instead of 9—it's just for testing, you won<|pad|> can't leave it on all the time.

It might be a low-quality SSD. I assumed all were similar, but I was mistaken. I experience frequent stuttering every 30 seconds regardless of the game. (The slow drive is the one with the OS installed—another error—so it impacts most applications.) Could you share your drive brand, model, and size? Also, check if another process is running in the background. Occasionally I notice system interrupts consuming a lot of resources. If you use Wallpaper Engine, make sure it stops full-screen apps from loading the wallpaper. Background tasks can greatly reduce performance.
