I don’t understand why the connection acts so oddly with your MikroTik router. When using it, internet performance becomes unstable—especially during games like CS:GO and calls via Discord. It seems to work fine when you connect the ISP cable directly to the motherboard. Could it be related to the fact that your internet speed is 300Mbit but the router only supports 100Mbit? You haven’t changed anything for a while, maybe the issue appeared after updating the firmware.

Wireless tends to be less reliable. You can connect an ISP cable into the router and add more Ethernet cables for multiple devices... If the router itself isn’t working well for wired setups, switch to a network switch. I’m not confident in wireless for important tasks, but my issue is worse since I only get the router from the ISP.

This likely isn't the main reason for your connection problems, but it suggests considering an upgrade to a newer router that handles gigabit Ethernet. Are you using NAT on the Mikrotik, or is it configured as just a switch and access point?

It seems you're unsure about the settings. The default configuration is likely what you're using.
