I just assembled my first PC just to enjoy CS:GO. My setup includes a processor of Intel Pentium G3258 overclocked to 3.9GHz, a 2GB video card from NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950, MSI H81M-E33 motherboard, and 8GB of Corsair memory. After installing all my Steam games, I noticed CS:GO is the only one that causes problems. When I start the game, it freezes instantly, the FPS plummets to around 14fps and stays stuck, and even moving the mouse doesn’t help. My friends think it should work fine but don’t understand why. I downloaded CAM to analyze the performance during launches. The CPU usage reaches 100% (dual core), and temperatures stay at a steady 50°C. I’m unsure if the issue is with the GPU or something else. Here are the CAM readings from three attempts to load the game. If you can assist, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Consider changing to a windowed view instead of fullscreen. My game would behave differently then, and the performance issue should improve.

Set up Riva Statistics Server and configure the system-wide FPS target to 144.

Tried using a windowed view, but it crashed on the valve screen. Recently installed Riva, set it to 144, and it behaved the same way as before, causing the computer to crash there too.
