Dark era performance remains poor, below 60 fps across all settings even when using dlss on RTX 5070.
i5 13500 paired with RTX 5070
32GB RAM and SSD
Is the issue related to CPU limitations?

Motherboard is Gigabyte B760M DS3H.
RAM consists of 2*16GB at 3200 mhz.
Storage includes an SSD and an HDD.
GPU is an RTX 5070.
Power supply is a Cooler Master 650 watt unit, bronze build, 2-year warranty.
Chassis description notes good airflow and many ventilation holes.
Operating system is Windows 10.
Monitor is a 2k MSI display.
Nvidia studio driver version 576.52 is installed.

The specifications should be adequate. I would reinstall DDU and update the drivers. At 1440p, that processor shouldn't cause a bottleneck with the GPU.
