I have a Ryzen 2700X paired with an X470 F Gaming Plus motherboard and a GeForce GTX 1060 6GB Amp Edition graphics card, along with a 144Hz display. I'm running my games at maximum settings with VSync turned off and a 1920x1080 resolution. Could someone offer assistance?

When playing games on high or medium settings, I consistently achieve approximately 200 frames per second, with occasional fluctuations slightly above or below that rate. I'm utilizing MSI Afterburner for monitoring. What adjustments can I make to improve performance?
