You're experiencing high CPU usage on your i5 9th gen laptop with the GTX 1650, even when you previously had no issues. This suggests a potential bottleneck or software-related cause. To resolve this, consider checking for background processes, updating drivers, or adjusting game settings to reduce resource demand.

The CPU temperature is being checked, and the current frequency is being queried.

CPU model is 85-90, frequency unknown. It's a 9300h, but I haven't adjusted anything—it started after upgrading to Windows 11. I cleaned the installation of Windows 10 thinking it was a Windows 11 problem, but it didn't help.
