Hello, I recently installed a new version of Windows with all the newest updates. The game operates smoothly when running, however, it experiences performance issues when I rotate or change direction. However, the game runs without frame rate reductions while moving in a straight line. Other games like Dota 2 and Apex Legends perform well. I was able to play the game without problems prior to installing this new Windows version. Could you assist in resolving this issue?

Specs:
i7-3770
12GB RAM HyperX Fury 1866MHz
Biostar H61MLV
MSI RX 470 Gaming X 4GB
120GB SSD Samsung 830
Seasonic M12II EVO 620W
Windows 10 Pro

List your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Include the make and model of the PSU, not just the wattage. How old is the PSU, mind you? By fresh copy, did you create the bootable installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? I'm assuming you're on Window 10.

I resolved the issue by restoring my computer’s operating system to Windows 7 (Ultimate).
