FileZilla appears to be difficult to remove completely. Online sources mostly focus on uninstalling it through Add/Remove Programs, yet it remains installed on my system. I attempted to run the uninstall.exe from Program Files, but the program restarts upon rebooting. Deleting the files in Program Files didn’t work since they’re being used by another application. Any suggestions for eliminating this issue would be appreciated. I’m using Windows 10.

I would download the client once more and set it up in the same folder as the original installation, then proceed to add and remove programs before uninstalling it.

This approach seems effective. I recently attempted it too, but it didn't succeed. FileZilla appeared in the Add/Remove Programs after installation, so I removed it, restarted the system, and the folder remained in C:\Programs. It still blocks deletion because it's open in another application.
