Hey! Your setup looks solid overall, but let's check if your GPU is handling the load. With the Ryzen 5 3600 and the GTX 1060 G1, you're getting decent performance for a mid-range card. The numbers you mentioned—like 100 FPS in Forza Horizon 4 with high settings—suggest your GPU is doing most of the work, but the CPU usage seems low (15-50%). That could mean the GPU is bottlenecking if it's not keeping up.

Your HWMonitor readings show the CPU at 50-50% and GPU at 100%, which is a bit odd. It might be the case that your GPU is struggling under heavy load, even if temperatures are good. Upgrading to an RTX 2060 could help, but you’d need to see if the CPU bottleneck improves. If you go for OC the CPU to 4.2 GHz, it might ease pressure on both components.

Upgrading RAM or considering a faster SSD could also boost performance without changing the GPU. Just weigh the costs and see what feels right for your needs!

Your GPU isn't showing 15% usage even when you're achieving high frame rates. Your setup could really use a better graphics card upgrade.

I wasn't certain the subject was exactly where I shared it, as my concern relates to gaming... sorry if I distracted you. Thanks!

I considered that too, but I want to hear other perspectives. I plan an upgrade and was thinking about an ASUS RX 2060 with 6GB DDR6 256-bit. Should I try to overclock the CPU to 4.2GHz? It could make a difference. Thanks!

Ensure the graphics card is activated first.

They probably switched to full screen mode. This makes it hard for the task manager to detect GPU rendering, or more likely the GPU isn’t working in the minimized state. That’s why it drops.
